When you contact us, place an order, or join our mailing list, we collect only the information needed to respond, fulfill your order, and improve our service. This may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery details, and order history.
We do not sell your personal information. We share order information only with trusted delivery and payment partners where necessary to complete your purchase. You can ask us to access, update, or remove your information at any time by emailing hello@aurabotique.com.
Shipping & returns
Ready-to-wear orders within the U.S. normally dispatch within one to two working days. Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier service. Preorder pieces show their estimated lead time before purchase.
Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within seven days of delivery when unworn, unaltered, and returned with original tags. Sale, special-order, and final-sale pieces cannot be returned. Please contact us before sending a return so we can help.
Sizing & fit
Each product includes its closest standard sizing. Our team can advise on fit before ordering and can share additional measurements when available. Write to us with your measurements if you want help choosing a size.
